No, of course not, you need a system in place for you to succeed as well as the people you bring into your home business. This might be the most important factor for you to succeed in a home based business. For example, say you are the greatest marketer ever, you are smooth salesmen, and can talk your way into anything and have tons of money to spend on advertising and other ways of promotion. If you can say yes to all of those, then you probably aren't seeking a home based business because you are making money elsewhere. So why is the system arguably the most important? Because having a home based business system in place, you can plug new business opportunity seekers in right away and let them get accustomed quickly and effectively, including yourself if you are new to the home based business industry. And lets say you do become very successful at your home based business, and have hundreds or thousands of people in your downline and on your team, do you have time to take care of them and lead them all by the hand?
